What’s included
In-person sessions
In-person sessions are approximately 1-hour. This includes a brief consultation before we start, a grounding process to help you relax, and the Reiki technique. Aromatherapy can also be included. After the session, there is a short check-in about the experience. More information about session package deals are below (can be combined with in-person and online sessions). Note: in-person sessions are only offered on Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons.

Distance Reiki
Can’t make an in-person session? Online Reiki sessions are possible! Distance Reiki sessions are approximately 1-hour. This includes a brief consultation before we start, a grounding process to help you relax, and the Reiki technique. After the session, there is a short check-in about the experience. More information about session package deals are below (can be combined with in-person and online sessions).

sliding scale?
As an advocate for economic and labor justice, and accessible wellness options, I aim to make my services affordable and accessible. A sliding scale provides this opportunity. Pay what you can afford; I do not verify income. I also understand how affordability can vary over the month and throughout the year. However, in the spirit of service and energy exchange, if you can afford to pay higher-to-full value of the service, please do so. Your approaching the sliding scale in good faith allows these wellness services to be fully utilized by our communities. Thank you!

Weekly Reiki Sessions
$200/month
Relax once a week and incorporate self-care into your life! Receive one Reiki session per week, in-person or online (no monthly carry over).
